At VAMC Martinsburg, we have established a number of procedures to assist you in getting an appointment without a long delay. Our goals are simple —

• you should be able to see your primary care provider within one to two business days
• you should have faster access to specialty care

If you have received a postcard stating that you need to make an appointment, please call the Medical Center at 1-800-817-3807 and press 5.

To make an appointment with your primary care provider or with a specialty clinic, call the toll free number listed below or phone number AND extension provided below. If your are requesting an appointment for a specialty clinic, please discuss a referral to the specialty clinic with your provider —

If you cannot keep an existing appointment, please contact us as soon as you are aware that you cannot make your appointment at 1-800-817-3807 and press 3 to cancel. You will then be offered the opportunity to reschedule your appointment.
