PanTran, the ground transportation arm of the Eastern Panhandle Transit Authority, provides service to the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.

From Dulles Airport
Take 267 West (Green Way Toll Road) to Leesburg.
From Leesburg take Rte. 7 West to Rte. 9 West-(Charles Town, WV sign).
Go about 15-20 miles to Harpers Ferry road, then turn right.
Go 8 miles to Rte. 340 and turn left.
Go through Harpers Ferry to Rte. 9 (West)-Martinsburg exit.
Go approximately 15 miles to the VA Medical Center on right, just past the 7-11 convenience store.
From Washington D.C. (through Maryland)
Take 270 West to Frederick.
Exit at I-70 West, go over ramp and bear right.
Take Rte. 340 towards Harpers Ferry.
Go about twenty miles, through Harpers Ferry to Charles Town.
Turn onto Rte. 9 West - Martinsburg exit.
Go approximately 15 miles to VA Medical Center on right, just past the 7-11 convenience store.
From Washington D.C. (through Virginia)
Take Rte. 7 West to Rte. 9 West-Charles Town Exit.
Proceed to Harpers Ferry Road and turn right.
Go about 8 miles to Rte. 340 West.
Go through Harpers Ferry to Charles Town.
Take Rte. 9 West - Martinsburg exit;
Go approximately 15 miles to VA Medical Center on right, just past the 7-11 convenience store.
From Baltimore
Take Rt. 70 West to Frederick.
Take 340 West exit to Harpers Ferry.
Follow Washington Directions above.
I-81 From North
Take Rte. 81 South to Exit 12-Martinsburg.
Make left after ramp; take Rte. 45/9 East approximately 5 miles.
Pass Care Haven Nursing Home and then turn left into Medical Center.
From South
Take I-81 North to Exit 12-Martinsburg.
Make right after ramp, and follow directions for I-81 North above.
