Martinsburg VAMC Improves Telephone Services

MARTINSBURG, W. Va. - In our effort to better serve the needs of Veterans and their families, the Martinsburg VA Medical Center improved its telephone service options for all incoming calls. When calling the medical center at 304-263-0811 or 800-817-3807 from a touch-tone phone, callers may dial their desired extension at any time during the recorded greeting.

They may also dial one of the numbers below to reach the following services:

Press 1 for the Medical Advice Line.
Press 2 for the Pharmacy Automated Prescription refill line.
Press 3 for Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations.
Press 4 for VA Health Benefit Information.
Press 5 for a Patient Experience Coordinator/Patient Advocate.
Press 6 for Other Medical Center Services.
Press 0 for Operator and Inpatient Information.

Callers experiencing a life threatening emergency should always dial 911. The VA Suicide Prevention Hotline phone number is 800-273-8255.
