Veterans Health Education. Yoga 2. Could you use help in better managing your stress? Learn stress management while moving! Class meets every Tuesday at 2pm in the Fitness Center. This is a more traditional /advanced yoga class than the Mindful Yoga. Equipment is provided. Pre-registration is required.
