 Reiki is an energy-based practice for Whole Health.   It induces a deep state of relaxation, and restores balance to the body so the body can heal.  It can be experienced in a group setting or on an individual basis.  Reiki practitioners place their hands on or above the fully-clothed patient.

#3 How medicines may help manage your pain
      How the foods you eat affect you and your pain
#4 How understanding your pain can help you manage it better
