Diabetes Class
Time: 9:00 AM- 10:00 AM (EST)
Location: bldg 500, 2B150 Library or CBOCs
Veterans Health Education. Diabetes Education is a series of eight, one-hour classes covering different topics.  Classes meet every Wednesday. Veterans may begin any time.  You may attend at Martinsburg or by V-tel from your local CBOC. Topics include:

#1 What is diabetes? What do I need to do?
#2 Healthy Eating
#3 My diabetes medicines
#4 Let's get moving!
#5 Preventing short and long-term complications. Checking my blood sugar.
#6 Grocery Store Shopping
#7 Mindfulness Stress Relief
#8 Staying Motivated - Graduation!

Location: Bldg 217 Fitness Center
Veterans Health Education. MOVE! is a program for Veterans interested in weight loss through healthy food choices and exercise.  Classes meet weekly for up to sexteen weeks.  You may attend the Tuesday morning or Wednesday afternoon class in Martinsburg.  You may also attend at your local CBOC.  check with your local CBPC for dates and times.
