Veterans Health Education. Yoga 2. Could you use help in better managing your stress? Learn stress management while moving! Class meets every Tuesday at 2pm in the Fitness Center. This is a more traditional /advanced yoga class than the Mindful Yoga. Equipment is provided. Pre-registration is required. | | Veterans Health Education. MOVE! is a program for Veterans interested in weight loss through healthy food choices and exercise. Classes meet weekly for up to sixteen weeks. You may attend the Tuesday morning or Wednesday afternoon class in Martinsburg. You may also attend at your local CBOC. Check with your local CBOC for dates and times.
