| | Veterans Health Education. The Hepatitis C group provides information and support for Hepatitis C prevention and treatment. This class meets the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month at 9:00 and the 4th Wednesday of every month at 1p.m. You may attend at Martinsburg or via video-conferencing from your local CBOC (Cumberland, Franklin, Ft.
