Martinsburg VAMC to Hold Claims Clinic and Town Hall

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. – The Martinsburg VA Medical Center (VAMC) will host a Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Virtual Claims Clinic and a medical center Town Hall Thursday, March 10.

The claims clinic will be from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in room 6A-163 of the main building. Representatives from VBA will be available to take new claims, address claims-related questions, and provide guidance on Veterans Benefits claims. They will also be available to provide VA pension information and support.

Beginning at 5:30 p.m. medical center director Timothy Cooke will host a public town hall in the old chapel. It is open to Veterans, family members, congressional stakeholders, Veterans Service Organizations, and community partners. The goal is to ensure Veterans, their families and community partners have the opportunity to be heard and their concerns addressed by senior VA Officials.

Martinsburg VAMC staff will be on hand to ensure specific health care concerns are addressed and to protect patient privacy.
