Martinsburg VA Medical Center annual creative art show

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. – The Martinsburg VA Medical Center will host the annual Veterans Creative Arts Show, Thursday, March 1, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the medical centers Dom Dome.
The show is open to the public and will feature more than 51 different categories of artwork produced by local Veterans.
Veterans interested in submitting artwork for the Veterans Creative Arts Show have until Monday, Feb. 26, to submit their entry. Veterans must be enrolled in health care with the Department of Veterans Affairs to enter the contest. First place winners at the medical center’s Veterans Creative Arts Show advance on to national judging where they compete against first place winners from other VA medical centers. First place winners at national judging are invited to the weeklong National Veterans Creative Arts Festival. This year’s National Veterans Creative Arts festival will be hosted by the VA Central Iowa Health Care System in Des Moines, Iowa, Oct. 29 through Nov. 5.
