MARTINSBURG, W.Va. – The Martinsburg VA Medical Center (VAMC) will hold an open house for all Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation New Dawn (OEF/OIF/OND) Veterans, showcasing the new OEF/OIF/OND clinic on Thursday, September 17, 2015, from 2 to 6 p.m.

This event is a great opportunity for members of the community to visit the new clinic and learn more about the clinical and transitional services the medical center provides to recently discharged combat Veterans. There will also be opportunities for Veterans to connect and enroll in VA health care and My HealtheVet.

This new clinic will provide local area OEF/OIF/OND Veterans with comprehensive health care services, including a combat stress specialist, case management and a transitional patient advocate. Additionally, each Veteran has a dedicated Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) consisting of a provider, registered nurse, licensed practical nurse and medical assistant, which enhances the level of care for our Veterans.

The clinic is located on the second floor, 2A-124, at the main Martinsburg VAMC campus, 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25405.
