MARTINSBURG, W.Va. – The Stephens City Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is inviting Veterans, their families and friends to its Veterans Enrollment Fair on Tuesday, September 15 from 1 to 6 p.m. at the Stephens City CBOC located at 170 Prosperity Drive, Winchester, VA.

If you served in the military and have not enrolled with the VA for health care, you need to bring your DD-214 or discharge paperwork to make the connection at this event. VA health care will ensure you meet the minimum requirements of the Affordable Care Act.

Veterans can also learn about VA benefits, My HealtheVet and the many services offered at the clinic. One of the clinic highlights is the Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACT) – which provide accessible, coordinated, comprehensive, patient-centered health care delivered by primary care providers with clinical and non-clinical staff. The clinic also provides local Veterans with mental health, women Veterans health services and various telehealth services.

For more information about the enrollment fair, contact Rodney Bearman at 304-268-6310.
